11 PACEIM Our observations : Marocco Tunisia Algeria Liban Egypt : many incubators, funding, programs, support About 2000 new doctorate students from north Africa finalising thesis in France every year About 40 doctors will have an employment within french research institutions About 1960 : a futur which is not at the level of expectation (unemployment?) IRD host about 300 doctorate / master students We produce unused technologies and know how.
