2 Welcome The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, along with faculty from Meredith College, the NC Arts Education Think Tank, the NC Arts Education Leadership Coalition, and the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources welcome you to the first ever ArtsR4Life professional development conference for NC K-12 Arts Educators in Dance, Music, Theatre Arts, and Visual Arts.
