9 IN A NATURAL WAY I went to town and I bought a shake, and then I ate a piece of chocolate cake, Some sugared donuts with a can of pop, then I went over to the candy shop. I ate some licorice while I walked home, but before too long I started to moan. I had a pain in my stomach and stomach and aches in my teeth. Oh, I think I ate too many sweets! I was in for a shock when I stood on the scales! My tummy blocked the view to my toenails! And when I looked in the mirror and saw my shape, I thought, Oh man, I d better lose some weight! 16 HELPFUL HABITS I ll remember to wash up before I eat. I ll try to keep my bedroom nice and neat. Put my clothes back on the shelf, clean up after my self, And always sit up straight in my seat.
