Those documents are listed in 22 Exhibit I. The Hightail.com contained a hyperlink, so that Miriam could download the 23 documents from Hightail.com Attached collectively as Exhibit 2 are various documents showing that Miriam 25 downloaded the documents on November 24, On November 24, 2015, at 4:36 PM, I ed to all persons in the Service List 27 (Exhibit 3) a copy of Miriam's Hightail.com hyperlink (which I sent to Miriam at 4:34 PM). On November 24, 2015, at 5:29 PM, I used Hightail.com to to the Service List people a fresh hyperlink, so that they could download PDF copies of all the pleadings that had been filed in this case. (Through inadvertence I omitted the Victorian State Trustee, Ltd. from that .) According to a report from Hightail.com (Exhibit 4), several people to whom I sent that hyperlink did in fact download the files, i.e., the hyperlink was valid/usable/functional. 7. On November 25, 2015 at 10:10 AM, I ed all of the aforementioned pleadings (again?) to David Straughair, Personal Financial Consultant, State Trustees Limited, 1 McNab Avenue, Footscray VIC 3011 (david.straughair@statetrustees.com.au). 8. In my 9:55 AM today, I asked Mr. Straughair if he had been able to use the Hightail.com hyperlink that I sent to him at November 24, 2015, at 4:36 PM. (He did not respond to the 4:36 PM .) I have not received a reply yet to my 10:10 AM today to Mr. Straughair. The matters stated in the foregoing document are true of my own knowledge except as to those matters, which are stated on information and belief, and to those matters I believe them to be true.
