Aimed at managers who already have a working knowledge and experience in project management. Process Management - two modle training that incldes two strategy games which aim to effectively teach the correct description of the bsiness process and improve the fnctioning of the process. The workshop is focsed mainly on the processes in trading companies (clean office). Participation in both two-day workshops allows yo to get certified by KAIZEN Facilitator. FINANCE - a comprehensive series of training sessions featring practical aspects of corporate finance for people who, are working with financial data on a daily basis and have a thorogh financial edcation. The programme consists of three training modles in the field of reading and interpretation of financial statements, analysis of financial sitation and evalation of investment projectsfinancial risk management. We also offer other corses inclding: Risk Management - A two-day corse aimed at managers and employees interested in the risk analysis in an organisation, the internal aditors and all those who wold like to learn risk management. Knowledge management - a workshop that comprehensively considers the isse of knowledge management. Techniqes for all prposes (acqisition, location, creation, transfer, and retention of knowledge) are discssed. All aspects of knowledge management (strategic, hman and technical), the research of knowledge management, strategy development and implementation of knowledge management are also discssed. Law for Managers - what every manager shold know before calling a lawyer - a series of for one-day corses aimed at raising awareness of the bsiness environment and knowledge of the practical aspects of the law that make it easier to fnction in bsiness and in private life.
