1 ECTS Post Secondary Articulation Agreements Articulation agreements can be very beneficial to our graduates as they enroll in post secondary trade schools, colleges or universities. These agreements can save students both time and money, as they receive credit for college courses based upon the skills they have learned at ECTS. A student who wants to take advantage of an articulation agreement would send a copy of the agreement along with their ECTS transcript to the admissions department of the school to which they are applying. Each articulation agreement has particular details and conditions which must be followed. Please feel free to contact Jan Kennerknecht at (814) or at jkennerknecht@ects.org for more information or copies of articulation agreements. Explore your options at our post secondary partners websites by clicking on the hyperlinks provided and visit to view the latest in Pennsylvania SOAR agreements. * Statewide articulation agreements are listed in red.
