3 HISTORY Our company was established in moji-ku, Kitakyusyu on October 24, 1947 by the late Mitsuru Okano, as a marketing board of Okano Va1ve Mfg.Co., Ltd. for the purpose of developing the market of high temperature and high pressure valves for thermal power plant and chemical industry. Since then, we have been selling various valves, joint bolt and anti seizing devices "SMOCON" as the sole sales agent of Karatsu Valve Industries Co., Ltd. and Supero Kikai Kogyo Co., Ltd., gradually expanding business, opened business offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Kitakyusyu, Chiba, Yokkaichi, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki. In this way, we have developed as a specialized trading company dealing with various valves, bolts, super-high pressure parts and furthermore industrial equipments. The sales activities to customers we have engaged in range widely,from steel industries to machinery, electric power, petroleum, chemical, paper & pulp, shipbuilding, local government etc..
