9 About the Editors Trey Fitch, EdD, NCC, LPC, is an associate professor of counseling and psychology at Troy University Panama City. He received a BS in psychology from Troy University, Troy, Alabama; an MEd in counseling from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama; and an EdD in counseling from Texas A&M University Commerce, Commerce, Texas. Dr. Fitch has taught counseling and psychology for 12 years and has counseling experience in college and school settings. He has published more than 20 journal articles and book chapters. He coauthored Group Work Theory in The ACA Encyclopedia of Counseling and Acting Out: Dramatic Life- Skills Activities in The Group Therapist s Notebook: Homework, Handouts, and Activities for Use in Psychotherapy, edited by Dawn Viers. Dr. Fitch has been an officer of the Association for Specialists in Group Work and is an editorial reviewer for Counselor Education and Supervision. Jennifer L. Marshall, EdD, LPCC, PCC, NCC, is an associate professor of counseling and psychology at Troy University Panama City. She received a BA in psychology from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio; an MA in counseling from Heidelberg University, Tiffin, Ohio; and an EdD in counseling from Texas A&M University Commerce, Commerce, Texas. She was previously director of counseling and psychological services at Berea College, where she led numerous counseling groups. She has authored or coauthored numerous articles on the topics of group and college counseling. Her research interests include online groups dealing with eating issues and self-injury. She is also active with various committees of the Association for Specialists in Group Work and teaches the Group Counseling class at Troy University Panama City. ix
