The share in the value of companies listed by market is distributed as follows: 44.88%, 36.09% and Peru 19.03% Market Capitalization of MILA (Millions of US) Peru TOTAL TRADED VOLUME OF MILA MARKETS The total volume of trades in MILA markets in reached US 8,671 million, with a variation of 8.53% when compared to the previous month. The largest number of operations was recorded by BVC with 54.67% (US 4,741 million), followed by BCS with 40.88% (US 3,545 million) and BVL with 4.45% (US 385 million). On 2nd, Andino Investment Holding (AIH) successfully concluded its initial issue of stock on the BVL with 34.8 million. Carlos Vargas Loret, of Mola, General Manager of AIH remarked that the purpose of the issue was to obtain resources to grow operations, as well as to offer an interesting investment alternative. This is the first stock exchange operation of a company in the country geared to the logistics and infrastructure sector. Progress in junior mining companies. Junior mining companies have advanced significantly so far this year by accruing an average yield of 39%. Individually some have risen by more than 50% as regards their quotes, as in the case of Vena Resources, Panoro Minerals and Zoncore, whose stock has appreciated by 78%, 75% and 50%, respectively. The latter has contributed to them being seen as the most profitable in MILA. BVL announces listing of a new junior mining company. Dia Bras Exploration Inc., with this listing brings up to 14 the number of junior mining companies registered with the Risk Capital Segment of the BVL. The listing demonstrates the interest of foreign capital in Peru and reaffirms the leadership of the BVL in the region, because it is the only stock exchange that offers financing to junior mining companies.
