3 American Society of Registered Radiologic Technologist: Exam pass rate is 100% Degree Level: Associate's Degree Program Prerequisites: Applicants to Everest University's Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology program should be comfortable working with technology and have strong problemsolving skills. Applicants to Everest University should have earned a high school diploma or GED; some programs may have additional requirements. Program Description: Everest University's Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology program is designed to teach students about the academic and practical components of radiologic technology. Specific topics covered in the degree program include radiographic pathology, radiologic physics and equipment, introduction to radiologic technology, advanced imaging procedures, and medical terminology. There is a clinical component to the program that is 1860 hours. Clinical sites are located in the Tampa BAY AREA. Clinical times vary from 5:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. and generally encompass 8 hours at a time. Some weekend clinicals are also be required. Graduates of the degree program are eligible to sit for the Radiologic Technology Certifying exam, which is administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). The Radiology Program is accredited by the Joint Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Learning Format: Campus-based Financial Aid: Financial aid is available for those who qualify.
