3 I am very fearful of Doctors and this Dr. made me feel comfortable and really reassured me about my concerns. I felt so relieved when I left. He was really wonderful. FEBRUARY excellent concern and care to my problem MARCH *Dr. Hirano is hands down the best doctor I have ever encountered! His knowledge, communications skills, and expertise have allowed me to keep my disease in check! MARCH Excellent care. MARCH Dr Hirano is fantastic!! MARCH Dr. Hiranco was just great. He was so friendly it made feel at ease. He gave me all the time i needed to discuss my condition and the new medication that I would start after this appointment. I am very impressed with his knowledge of my condition and an earlier procedure in January that improved it 100%. I would recommend him to anybody who has the throat problem that I have, as he is the best in this field. APRIL Dr. Hirano is very nice and very knowledgeable and I feel that he gives me the time I need. I haven't felt rushed with any of my visits. MAY He was very helpful explaining my condition MAY I have had only positive experiences when seeing Dr. Hirano. He always has time for my questions and answers them patiently and thoroughly - I really appreciate his willingness to spend time listening and replying in a detailed a way (and with a smile, while watching for signs I'm understanding those details!). That extends to the endoscopy procedure as well - I have always had the chance to speak to him in the OR before the sedation is administered, which is another comforting aspect of the care he provides. The follow-up communication through MyChart has been timely, which makes for less worry, and the office visit afterward adds to my knowing the details of my current condition as well as what is possible next. MAY Dr. Hirano is awesome. he explains everything and makes sure I understand. JUNE Thank you again. We are very happy with the time and care shown to our son. We were very happy that he seemed to have read our son's many previous reports from other doctors and knew why we were there.
4 JUNE *Dr. Hirano Ikuo is a wonderful, caring doctor. I will recommend him to everyone I know may the Lord bless him. JULY Dr. Hirano is a brilliant, excellent doctor who knows so much about the digestive system, and yet he takes the time to listen to his patients concerns. He tries very hard to relieve pain and really cares that his patient understands the treatment plan. He really makes me feel better to have come to see him to work on my G.I. condition. I recommend him to anyone that is struggling with esophagus or swallowing problems, or digestive motility problems. He understands the complexity of these conditions, and really makes you feel so relieved to have found such great help. He is very compassionate. I hope you realize what a great doctor you have on your staff and how much my life is improved by his care. I have neurogenic chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction and it is just an unpredictable disease, and he helps me with the rough times when my gut seems to be out of control. Thank you Dr., Hirano! JULY Dr. Hirano is a fantastic physician and wonderful person. He is very ease to talk with and his staff is helpful when it comes to addressing questions or concerns. highly recommended. JULY all good JULY awesome doctor JULY Dr. Hirano is my favorite doc! AUGUST I had a few questions that Dr. Hirano answered clearly. I have great confidence in him. He has been very helpful in helping me to expand my diet to find more foods that I can eat. OCTOBER Dr. Hirano never rushes his time with me, includes me in all decisions, and makes sure I am comfortable with my care. NOVEMBER dr is very pleasant and preofessional. DECEMBER dr hirano and your entire staff were terrific. JANUARY I liked the time they took to explain all my questions JANUARY
5 JANUARY Dr Hirano is the best Dr of any kind! JANUARY I was very impressed with Dr. Hirado's friendly disposition. He addressed me by name and listened intently to my narrative and made me feel there was no need to rush and was willing to take time to answer any questions. he even hesitated when I said I didn't have any more questions which made me feel he was giving me a second chance. JANUARY *Dr. Hirano clearly explained my condition *Barrett's Esophagus) and the medication he was prescribing. FEBRUARY I'm very happy with Dr, Hirano. I was explaining a condition I had, he took all of 40 seconds to figure out what a previous doctor from a different facility treated me incorrectly for two years, which caused me great hardship. I had figured out my problem after seeing 3 other physicians. I mentioned it to Dr, Hirano and he asked me if I'd been diagnosed with it, within a minute! I was also told I needed. surgery which I was uncomfortable with and Dr. Hirano confirmed I do not. I like his approach and feel confident in my care...finally! FEBRUARY EXCELLENT! FEBRUARY I love *Dr. Hirano. I would never consider going to anyone else for my EOE. MARCH Dr hirano is an amazing doctor! He explains very well and is patient in answering whatever questions I have. MARCH I really liked Dr. Hirano and felt very confident being put in his care. He totally understood my problem and suggested next steps that I feel are very appropriate MARCH Dr. Hirano gave me an excellent explanation of my diagnosis. MARCH *Dr. Hirano is the most caring physician w/the most compassion I've eve met. He always takes his time to go over everything I need. I would & DO trust *Dr. Hirano w/every last issue I have. APRIL I was especially pleased with the explanation the doctor provided in language I could understand. MAY Dr. Hirano is the best in his field and well worth the drive out of state.
6 JUNE Dr Hirano is an incredible physician and i appreciate the care he provides. JUNE Very good. JULY He really takes his time to listen and to explain. He was excellent! JULY Dr. Hirano was very friendly and very caring about my condition. He personally called me to follow up on the additional records he needed to see from my doctor in order for him to proceed with further treatment. Website Faculty Profile
