3 CompTrol CompTrol Microcontroller Precision Control for Precision Environments CompTrol 1002 CompTrol 5000 / 6000 The STULZ C1002 microcontroller is a complete control and regulation system for air conditioners. - Adjustment of the set points, regulation parameters, system configurations and alarm parameters - Alarms are displayed visually until reset - Protection of all data in the event of a power failure - User friendly - Can be connected to STULZ monitoring systems and other building management systems The STULZ C5000 / C6000 microcontrollers are used to operate, regulate and monitor the entire air conditioning system. The C5000 / C6000 microcontroller has the following features: - Simple, user-friendly prompts - Large LCD display and LEDs for the display of data and operating status - Graphic display of temperature and humidity over the last 24 hours - Interface for PC and printer - Protection of all data in the event of a power failure - Information displayed in plain language - Can be connected to STULZ monitoring systems and other building management systems - A choice of different languages and units of measure for display C6000 only - Flash EPROM as program memory - Control and regulation of up to 6 modules - Sequencing of up to 5 units via bus cable CompTrol 5000 / 6000 Supervisor As an option, a C5000/ C6000 Supervisor with independent temperature and humidity sensors can be used. In the case of failure of the first C5000 / C6000 controller, the Supervisor takes over all necessary functions. 3

4 Tele CompTrol Tele CompTrol In-House and Remote Monitoring Around the clock Around the world The STULZ Tele CompTrol software makes it possible to centrally monitor more than 900 STULZ air conditioners. - In-house monitoring via a direct bus interface to the units Alarm Messages Incoming alarm messages are indicated by a red alarm window that must be reset by the user. All alarm messages are saved in an alarm log file with all information necessary for their identification. 5 Unit Status Messages The actual status of each individual unit can be queried and displayed via the scan channel. Set points can be changed and alarms reset. The unit status can be queried automatically at intervals between 1 and 24 hours. The status messages are saved in a scan log file during this process and can be used for system analysis. Alarm Forwarding Apart from the output of all incoming alarm messages on a printer, it is possible to forward them per modem. A maximum of 2 forwards can be activated to recipients such as PCs and / or mobile telephones via SMS. 6 Interface Interface Solutions Gateways to the World of Building Management Systems Interface with most BMS Systems The STULZ regulator systems facilitate a direct connection to BMSs from various manufacturers. This integration makes it possible for the customer to centrally monitor, control and display STULZ air conditioners. The C5000 / C6000 MIB (Multi Interface Board) is used as the carrier for the gateway between STULZ regulators and BMS. Apart from this gateway developed by STULZ, some BMS manufacturers offer the direct integration of STULZ regulators. Apart from the manufacturerspecific gateways, STULZ offers integration via the ModBus protocol as a standard solution. 6
