REGULAR FEE LATE / ON-SITE (postmarked or (postmarked or faxed before 6/23) faxed after 6/23) Includes: All training sessions, handouts and coffee breaks for the registrant, and planned social functions for the registrant and spouse/guest $250 $350 Accommodations, travel expenses, and incidentals are the responsibility of the registrant. Refund policy: If the LDAA office is notified by Friday, June 18, 2010, in writing or by telephone, a full refund will be made. After this cutoff date, there will be no refunds. Please note that NO SHOWS will be billed. ACCOMMODATIONS The Association has obtained special accommodation rates for attendees at the Conference site, the Hilton Sandestin, located at 4000 Sandestin Boulevard South in Destin, Florida. The rates are inclusive of Sandestin Resort fees, however, a $10 self parking fee will be added to your account. Valet parking is available at a rate of $20 per day. If accommodations are needed, please access the LDAA website ( for on-line reservations. CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION The program will presumptively qualify for a maximum of continuing legal education credits including ethics and professionalism.
