While many feel that exculpatory evidence is like pornography, I recognize it when I see it, it is not that simple. This presentation will address the principles of Brady, discuss the obligations of prosecutors and provide guidance in this critical area.) Mr. Clifford R. This increase may be attributable to, among other things, the popularity of Peer-to Peer networks, as well as the overall increase of child pornography available on the Internet. This session will cover the basic overview of IP addresses as well as the latest in online and Peer-to-Peer investigations. Legal issues in these investigations will also be discussed such as issuing a search warrant for versus a subpoena duces tecum, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, and forensic issues, just to name a few.) Conservatively speaking, the recent trial of Tyrone Delgado represents the most legally and factually complex case that they have ever seen. This investigation is an excellent example of interagency cooperation, as well as a vivid reminder of the virtues of embracing a police/prosecutor team approach to fighting crime.
