The Alcotest 7110 MKII-C, calibration and all aspects of evidential breath test procedures. The Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, the proper procedures for administering these tests. I will also be able to review The Drug Recognition Expert Program, regarding the training and proper evaluation of the subject. Since I have been assigned to the Alcohol/Drug Test Unit, I have trained or assisted with the training of Municipal, County and State law enforcement personnel regarding the theory and principles of the Breathalyzer/Alcotest 7110 MKIII-C and the testing to determine intoxication. I developed the lesson plans for the one dayalcotest7110 MKIII-C conversion class, and the 4 day Alcotest 7110 lesson plan for all New Jersey law enforcement. I have instructed four day breath test operator training, DWI/HGN detection course, one day Breathalyzer refreshers and Alcotest 7110 MKIII-C conversion training. In addition to the training of breath test operators, I have participated in the training of more than 200 prosecutors, 190police chiefs, and demonstrated the instrument to all judges in New Jersey that attended the state training. I have demonstrated the Alcotest 7110 MKIII-C instrument for the general public as well as for lawyers attending the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on many different occasions.
