5 Executive Summary This deliverable synthesises the status and actions with respect to the creation of the AllScale web site and factsheet. Copyright AllScale Consortium Partners

6 2 Introduction A web site has been developed as part of the AllScale project. It serves as the main dissemination and exploitation channel for promoting and communicating the project, relevant activities and achievements. A factsheet, detailing project aims and objectives as well as consortium information and project contact details, has also been created. 3 Web Site The AllScale web site is available at At the present stage, the web site contains a public area consisting of several pages whose contents are described in the next section. A private area (i.e for exchanging partner s private information) does not currently exist. It can however be created during the course of the project, if required. 3.1 Web site structure Home The home page offers a description of the project objectives at a glance. It describes the environment as well as a schematic representation of the framework. Copyright AllScale Consortium Partners

7 Figure 1. AllScale web site home page Pilot Applications The pilot application menu contains three sub-menus corresponding to the three applications involved in the project. Upon selecting an application, a description of the application experiment is given. As the project will advance, results from the pilot applications will be added to these pages as well. 8 3.1.3 News This page hosts the news generated from the project activities over the duration of the project. All the partners are expected to contribute to the feed of this News page Consortium This page gives a short description of each partner, as well as a hyperlink to their web site Downloads The download menu is currently divided into two sub-menus: Publications and Dissemination material. The Publication page aims at containing the list of all published results, in the form of downloadable pdf files. The Dissemination material page will contain marketing and dissemination material generated by the partners Contact The contact page gives access to the contact names of the project coordinator and scientific coordinator. Additionally, it allows the reader to directly send mails from the page, through a dedicated input area, coupled with a Send operation to the coordinator. 4 Factsheet A factsheet has been generated and is accessible through the AllScale web site. 5 Conclusions and Future Work The web site will naturally evolve during the course of the project, with new dissemination material, publications, news and results from the pilot applications. All the partners will be directly involved in this activity, with NUMECA centralizing the various input. Copyright AllScale Consortium Partners
