6 SITING OF THE OPENLUCHTTHEATER RIVIERENHOF IN DEURNE How do you reach the Openluchttheater (open air auditorium)in Rivierenhof Deurne? the Provinciaal Groendomein Rivierenhof lies at Turnhoutsebaan 232 in Deurne. For the siting of the Openluchttheater inside the park Rivierenhof you can find a map at the entrance of the park.. Parking Entrance Ruggeveldlaan, across the skating rink. Drive into Rivierenhof park and follow the instructions, there is a limited parking space inside the park (follow signalisation). When this is filled to capacity there is a parking at the entrance on your left hand side. Further, there is a extended parking possibility on he Ruggeveldlaan median. Districtshuis/Politie Deurne, Hoofdvunderlei Hoofdvunderlei, from Boterlaarbaan, directly under the bridge to your right. Parking inside the Rivierenhofpark (follow signalisation). The best transportation is by bicycle. Extended parking space at the entrance of the Open Air auditorium.

This invoice must include the following : DEAL - date - our vat number BE vat number contracting party - invoice number - for performance of - place + date of performance - fee + total - vat clause export rated - account number beneficiary + name and address of bank - IBAN / SWIFT / BIC code as agreed with Tom Vekemans or Gert Van Overloop SETTLEMENT By bank transfer after the performance, after receipt of a valid invoice or as agreed in the deal. PASSPORTINFORMATION / E 101 / CERTIFICATE OF COVERAGE / WORK PERMITS Please forward complete passport information from artistes, musicians, crew... (copies if possible). For all EC passport holders on salary, we need the E 101 detachment form. For US passport holders, we require form USA/BEL 101A, better known as a Certificate of Coverage. Independent freelancers should provide proof of social security/insurance. If necessary visas to be applied for by artist/artist party/crew. We will provide a Letter of Invitation if required. No work permits are needed because this is a concert by artists of international fame, staying less then 3 months in Belgium.

11 ARTIST TAX Artist tax in Belgium is 18% for foreign artists. Foreign artists can apply for a tax ruling which allows the artist to deduct production expenses from the gross artist fee before the calculation of the 18% artist tax. But as you are playing a festival and we are already providing pa/lights, only limited expenses will be accepted by the tax authorities : e.g. expenses for trucking, crew busses, management and/or agency fee. To apply for this ruling the contract should be in the name of an artist/touring company (Ltd., Inc., Gmbh, ), mentioning the fee after split, and detailing the production expenses as a special clause. Please note that Partnerships do not qualify for a tax ruling unless they are taxed as a Ltd. company. You will have to prove this by including a statement from your Tax Authorities or a copy of the company s latest tax declaration. Production expenses will have to be invoiced to us directly and we will pay these invoices into the bank account of the supplier(s). There should be no link between the artist/touring company and the providers of the production expenses. We will need copies of these invoices in advance to obtain the ruling. All these invoices should be made out in the same way as explained in the invoicing part above. Tax authorities need at least one month to decide upon ruling after receipt of the complete file (signed contract and copies of production invoices). So make sure we receive these documents asap. If the outcome of the ruling is unknown at the date of the festival, we will withhold 18% artist tax and keep the balance on a separate account until ruling has been accepted or not. If you want to apply for a tax ruling you should contact us asap (at least 1 month before the performance date). Americans are exempt from artist taxation, up to 3000 $ per person in the band, generated in Belgium in one tax year. If the total earnings (between Jan. 1 st and Dec. 31 st ) exceeds 3000 $, tax is due from the first dollar. Americans who wish to apply for a tax ruling should ask us for copies of a word of honour declaration, to be filled out and signed by each artiste individually. Completed copies need to be in our possession three days before the performance. All foreign nationals (including Americans exceeding the 3000 $) have a tax exemption of 400 per person in the band, to cover local expenses (travel, hotel and catering).

12 DB LIMIT The db limit at the Openluchttheater has been set at 90 dba at the FOH mixing position. A limiter has been installed on the FOH desk. Please do not exceed this limit, or we are in danger of losing our licence. Random controls will be made. Thank you for cooperating. MERCHANDISE (if applicable) We will charge a merchandising fee of 100 that need to be paid cash. Please inform us in advance if merchandising goods are sold. PARKING If you need parking for a limited amount of vehicles, please provide your licence plate numbers asap to [email protected].
