As auditors, KBHT determines in statutory and voluntary audits whether the annual accounts and the accounting comply with the articles of association and the legal regulations. We provide the same services for corporations, specifically the statutory or voluntary auditing of consolidated financial statements (even in conformity with the international IFRS and US GAAP standards). Accounting Management consulting Corporate Finance KBHT largely relieves small and medium-sized companies, selfemployed professionals and start-up entrepreneurs by taking on their accounting. We handle payroll and financial accounting, establish the figures for the monthly earnings statement and, on request, also deal with all payments. KBHT provides its accounting services both as a full service and as a cafeteria solution, where clients can opt for parts of the service, e.g. payroll accounting only. All of KBHT s accounting services have one thing in common: the high level of professionality of our medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firm produces economies of scale at highly interesting terms at which comparable resources could not be provided in a client company. Outsourcing the accounting keeps the head clear for key competencies and lowers the fixed costs.
