After the service call message disappears, send the job again. -Check the destination. -Check the network. -Check the FTP server settings. -Check the SMTP server name, domain name, and address set in the Additional Functions screen. -Check that the SMTP server is operating properly. -Check the network status. -Check the network cables and connectors. If the machine still does not operate normally, turn the main power OFF, then turn it back ON.
