3 Conventional and Advanced NDT services (construction Sites, onshore, offshore, sub sea etc) Advanced NDT Techniques Real time Time of Flight Diffraction Inspection method (TOFD) Our real time TOFD inspection services is an answer to the disadvantages of Ultrasonic Testing by providing real-time permanent scan images with high sensitivity. Radiography Testing has to deal with numerous safety issues and it is in reality slower on attaining accurate reading for higher thickness with Ir192 source. As the defect delectability is getting lower at higher thickness, it is being replaced by our real time TOFD technique which is more comprehensive. Real time ABI Scan Inspection This is a combination of A and B Scan Enhancement Imaging Technique. It is attained by capturing and recording the successive unprocessed A-Scans along the scanning path or in time progress. ABI scan imaging technique provides inspection of difficult access areas and complicated geometries with various graphical records for the inspection report. The advantages of ABI scan are; Detailed off-line analysis at the post processing stage Recovery of the single shot and dynamically changing A-Scans along the scanning path Amplitude filtering with suppressing of the B-Scan-Enhanced segments corresponding to the echo amplitudes below the variable threshold level Determining of the defects coordinates and projection sizes Detecting the defects which are well below DAC curve
4 Advanced Ultrasonic Testing (A, B, C scan inspection) Our real time advanced UT Testing equipment is capable of providing real time scans in pulse echo ( A scan), side view (B scan), top view (C scan) views of the area of inspection Computed radiography Services (CR) Our CR service adds value by providing online thickness values of piping (up to 6 inches) with out removing insulation. This technique has excellent applications at high temperature service lines, highly corroded areas where UT is not possible Alternating Current Field Measurement Inspection Technique (ACFM) Our ACFM unit has significant advantages over conventional MT and PT techniques. ACFM provides surface and near surface examination without coating removal. It is at least five times faster than the above mentioned conventional techniques providing accurate sizing (length and depth). The soft copy records of the examination display could be used for discontinuity monitoring purposes. This technique add value with rope access inspection on difficult access areas like crane inspection offshore, platform structural inspection etc

7 INsulated COmponent TEST - INCOTEST Using pulse eddy current method for measuring the remaining average wall thickness under insulation of low alloy carbon steel/ferromagnetic object and analyzing their decay and is the most reliable method for corrosion detection. This pulse eddy current technology is an excellent on-stream tool for positioning further inspection works during shut down or periodic maintenance works. By monitoring with INCOTEST, you will substantially reduce the chances to failures of your equipment. Assessment of the damage that results from CUI(Corrosion Under Insulation) or FAC (Flow Accelerated Corrosion) is a relatively inexpensive and a prudent prevention method. The INOCTEST sensor can be easily handled by a diver or a rope access operator to improve accessibility. For measurements on risers and caissons in the splash zone or deeper a manipulator can be applied INCOTEST can be used to detect Accelerated Low Water Corrosion and a comprehensive report will address the areas where maintenance is necessary which enables you to plan your maintenance and allocate funds necessary
8 Magnetic Flux Leakage Inspection Energy Workforce provides Magnetic Flux Leakage Inspection for the oil & gas, petrochemical and power industries. Introduction technique. The system consists of a higher resolution scanning unit, having the ability to map corrosion with a forward speed of 450 mm/s with a data capture rate every 1mm. Filtered analysis is conducted at the end of each scan to reduce the noise occurrence below a 20% thickness loss. Basic Operation Our technology is similar to Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) but without the ink or magnetic particle. The component is magnetised to a level at which the presence of a site of the discontinuity. The suitable sensors are used to give an electrical signal at the leakage site. This signal may operate an audible or visual alarm to alert the inspector, or may store the event for computer mapping of the area. 9 Creeping Head-Wave Inspection Method CHIME Energy Workforce provides an ultrasonic technique for the efficient, rapid and complete inspection of pipe or plate called CHIME for the examination of under-clamp or under-support corrosion. CHIME is the transmission of ultrasound between two probes placed a distance apart (up to 1m) in parallel (or near parallel) walled material. The consequence is that 100% of wall volume is covered between the probes. In contrast to conventional ultrasonic inspection techniques which require movement of the probes to cover large surface areas, the CHIME method is a medium range technique which provides instantaneous coverage of the full volume between the probes. After passing through the fillet weld area the ultrasonic wave package saturates the volume of the plate while propagating. Pitting and corrosion damage if any returns an echo picked up by the probe.
