One of Our Success Stories Levack Footwall experience Both of us participated in this change process Started with the target to develop a mine capable of 1000 tonnes per day at 5% Cu, in 2 years. We made changes in operating systems and the cultural paradigm: Actual performance 600 tonnes per day at +10% Cu, in 1 year (120% of the pounds at 60% of the cost). This was done with the infrastructure constraint of single ramp access from the bottom of a shaft in a pre-existing historic mine facility. 8
