2 Mays Kseibi, Vice Principal School Administrators I grew up in the U.S and the Middle East and completed my education in both English and Arabic. Thirteen years of experience in the field of education, starting out as an instructor, Academic Coordinator and finally an Academic Advisor. I then decided to establish a private learning institute, an experience that promoted my management skills and educational leadership in bringing the best skills out of people. My passion of being an educator together with my work experience, traveling and global interaction enriched my capability and increased my passion for this career. To maintain the path of proficiency, I fulfilled my Master s degree in Educational Management Development. Seeing the success and confidence in the eyes of children is what makes me insist on making the best out of students by providing them with the best opportunities to flourish. It is an honor to take lead of Iman Academy South West, an opportunity where I can serve all students, teachers, and parents in leading the path of providing a combination of innovative teaching integrated with Islamic moral values. Focusing on developing rigor academic structure that brings out noble Islamic leaders. I pray to Allah to grant us strength and prosperity to continue the path of seeing Iman Academy as a private exemplary Islamic school. Haleema Goense, Curriculum Director Ms. Haleema carries a B.A in French & Masters of Science in Reading. Ms. Haleema has been with us at Iman Academy for almost twenty years. She has great depth of curriculum focusing on Common Core Standards and International Baccalaureate Learning Profile. Ms. Haleema has great passion in providing rigor and relevance in education for our Muslim innovators, providing a great educational opportunity for students to flourish. Zainab Ghwari, College Counselor Ms. Zainab received a B.A in Linguistics, Minor in World Cultures & Master s Degree in Teaching for Experienced Teachers. Sister Zainab has been in the field of Education for five years. She has also presented herself as a Youth Coordinator at the Muslim American Society, an Educator at Trent International School and Student Ambassador in the Arab American Educational Foundation. She has also been a leader as an independent researcher of Multimedia Studies of the US in the Middle East. Sister Zainab is an advocate for our students in helping them reach their dreams through extra-curricular educational learning. Baha Zaqout, Building Administrator Mr. Baha carries an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology & an associate in Liberal Arts. He is IB certified and hold TESOL certificate, and has Previously worked at the U.N as an interpreter, which equipped him with in-depth knowledge of gaining interpersonal skills. Brother Baha is a great team player, committed and consistent when it comes to managing. His passion in networking with students is facilitated towards providing them best consultation and guidance to equip students with high behavioral standards and Islamic morals.

3 Tahira Osama, School Nurse Mrs. Tahira is an L.P.N with six years of experience in nursing in both hospitals and schools. We greatly appreciate her passion in nourishing our children with care and ensuring the safety of all students. Huma Aslam, Registrar Mrs. Huma is dedicated and highly professional in her work field and communication skills. Sister Huma has a B.S in Medical Technology and Master s Degree in Health Administration. She has been with at Iman Academy coordinating and managing student admissions and registration process for four years. Zaynab Mujahideen Elementary School IB Team Mrs. Zaynab carries a B.A degree in Nutrition. She has great passion for Education and loves the creativity of teaching as she continuously equips herself with necessary skills and knowledge needed to nourish her young Explorers! She has been with us at Iman Academy for nine years and has four years of teaching elementary level. Sister Zaynab is a certified IB teacher, and works on integrating different aspects of learning, as she enforces her passion of Nutrition in the classroom as Healthy Eaters Movement. Mariam Barawan Mrs. Mariam carries a B.A in English Language and Literature. She has three years of teaching experience working with a diverse population, and has completed many course works on Second Language Learning, Language Testing & Phonetics and Phenology. Sister Mariam is well equipped and skilled with deep understanding of child behavior and a dedicated hard working teacher. Catherine Garcia Mrs. Catherine has a B.A in Business Management and Master s Degree in International Business. Her focus is on how to provide our students with the best understanding of IB learning profile. Going on her fourth year of teaching at Iman Academy, she puts great effort in promoting children s academic development through critical thinking. Sumaiya Pasha Mrs. Sumaiya carries a B.S in Health Promotion and a Minor in Nutrition. Sister Sumaiya has taught kindergarten for four years, and is a talented teacher who is passionate in providing students with creativity in learning. She believes that students always need to be engaged in learning by introducing different experiences. Her goal is to provide students with a caring and nurturing environment that is conducive to learning. Priscilla Khan Mrs. Priscilla carries a B.S in Business Management. Her love of teaching and patience in learning has provided our students with great interaction skills and encouraged them in challenging themselves with different activities. Sister Priscilla is a great team player and sets high standards for a better education.

4 Huma Siwani Mrs. Huma has a B.S in Psychology and a Minor degree in Speech Communication and Disorder. She is a licensed speech language pathology assistant, which plays great role in assisting students in meeting their needs. Sister Huma is highly motivated, energetic and loves working with children as part of a team in setting standards for student success. Rehana Sithy Mrs. Rehana received her B.A in Education. Her great experience in teaching was present as she spent time in public and private schools from Elementary all the way through High School, focusing on differentiation in learning to assist students in enriching their skills in English. Sister Rehana is passionate about teaching and working with kids. Hina Iqbal Mrs. Hina has a B.S in Business Administration. She is experienced in the ESL program to become successful in their academic and linguistic endeavors. She also has great experience in working with different classroom settings and has been in the field of education and teaching for nine years. Sister Hina is greatly passionate about providing an Islamic atmosphere and rigorous education for all students.

5 Amal Zanon Middle & High School Math/Science Innovative Team Sister Amal has a B.A in Liberal Studies. After Joining us with great teaching experience, Sister Amal completed the California Basic Educational Skills test & EC-6 Generalist certification and has 18 years of teaching experience. She focuses on providing rigor content knowledge for Pre-AP classes, and completed her depth Pre-AP training at Rice University. Sister Amal is a great supporter in coaching our kids and preparing them for our extra-curricular activities, Sim City and PSIA. Sister Amal is passionate and creative in bringing Science alive to the hands of students. Muhammad Sultan Mr. Muhammad received his B.S in Electrical Engineering/Communication & Electronics. Brother Muhammad is a hard worker and an enthusiastic learner. His main focus is on incorporating practices in classroom, which plays a great role in leading our students towards visioning their career path with an emphasis on STEM subject areas. Ali El Kasmi Mr. Ali has a B.S in Economics & M.B.A in Business Management. Brother Ali has been in the field of teaching for five years. He is passionate about engaging students in the Mathematical field of learning focusing on supporting students and providing them with a touch of the real life of Financing and Accounting. Mutasim Elamin Mr. Mutasim has completed his study in the field of Geosciences, Aerospace Survey and Earth Science (ITC) & Environmental Studies. His great passion of Science and Biology will be facilitated in classrooms to supplement students with the enthusiasm of learning and exploring. Zeinab Albishah Mrs. Albishah has a B.S in biological Sciences and more than four years of teaching experience in the field of Biology. Sr. Zeinab is also well experienced in preparing her students for SAT. Because of her great accomplishments in lab work she was able to get accreditation of three science labs in Oxford Schools. Sr. Zeinab has a great passion for education and looks forward to providing students with a positive, meaningful classroom learning experience.

6 Noha Abdelaziz Middle & High School English/Social Studies Literacy Team Ms. Noha received a B.A in Development Studies, B.A Near Eastern Studies, and Master s Degree in Political Science. Sister Noha has an international practical knowledge facilitated in providing a better educational perspective to students. She has been in the field of teaching for thirteen years and was the key figure in initiating Model United Nations club as well as being involved in Cairo International Model League. Sister Noha is a great leader in cultivating confident, productive citizens focusing on the mind and character of each student. Mariam Dawodu Mrs. Mariam carries a B.A in English Language Literacy. She is greatly dedicated to Iman Academy as she has been in the field of teaching for ten years. Sister Mariam has completed her Pre-AP training at Rice University, which equipped her with great skills in providing Pre-AP classes while setting high standards in education with rigor and relevance. Mona Shater Mrs. Mona received a B.A in Arts and Master s Degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunication and Mass Media. Sister Mona has four years of teaching experience and has completed her AP training at Rice University. Her main focus is on supplementing her students with accelerated skills of literacy and writing. Mrs. Mona is a dynamic educator in approaching her students towards the key skills of literacy & writing.

7 Arabic/Quran Team Muthanna Al Khaldi, Arabic Coordinator Mr. Muthanna has a B.A in Arabic Language Studies, Master s Degree in Classical Arabic Syntax & Ph.D. in Arabic Linguistics. Mr. Muthanna has introduced unique curriculum for all academic levels. His qualifications have been facilitated towards an excelling learning program in providing the best Arabic skills for student advancement. This year, Mr. Muthanna will be supervising and evaluating our fabulous Arabic teachers, a challenge that is taken to ensure that rigor is being implemented in our curriculum for student development. Hasna Kabadou Sister Hasna has a B.A in Economics and Business Management and is commencing her Master s Degree in Business Administration. Sister Hasna has been with Iman Academy for several years and has been in the field of teaching for three years. She is a great team player and engages her students in the Arabic language and provides them with high foundational skills. Reem Qaddoumi Sister Reem has a B.A in Arabic Language and Literacy. Her great talent in teaching has engaged our students in the interest of learning. Sister Reem has been with Iman Academy for several years and in the field of teaching for ten years. Well skilled and creative as she focuses on bringing Arabic alive in classroom through hands on projects. Salih Al Janabi Brother Salih holds many certifications in the field of Quranic study. A certification in The Ten Readings of Quran, Alitqan fi Olum Al Quran, and Fiqh Alshafi. Brother Salih is attending Sharia Academy of America, to continue to maintain his experience of the subject of Quran. Brother Salih has been in the field of Quranic study for nine years and is the initiator of the Tahfeez program for students who have reached above average in Tahfeez Quran at Iman Academy. Safaa Saleh sister Safaa is an innovative teacher in the field of Quranic Language and Ethics who has been teaching Quran and Islamic studies at Iman academy for five years. She has completed several IB training workshops, and holds a number of certificates in the feild of Quranic& Islamic studies. She, along with her team members, wrote a handbook which covers all content knowledge needed for her students. Ensuring rigor in her curriculum study to equip students with the foundation and knowledge of Quran. Samar Abu Sultan Sister Samar Has more than thirteen years of teaching experience including five years at Iman Academy and has a B.A in Education accredited by Spartan Educational Services. Sister Samar is greatly dedicated in providing high Arabic language skills through best practices and is an advocate for bringing the Arabic Language to the heart of students.

8 Pakinam EL-Etriby Sister Pakinam has worked in the field of education since 1998 and been teaching Quran and Islamic studies at Iman academy for many years. She graduated with a B.A in biochemistry and Pursued her teaching career providing students with meaningful learning atmosphere through combining Islamic values and innovative teaching methods. Kim Tafesh, Librarian Extra-Curricular Activities Tam Iman Academy Librarian. Mrs. Kim is a great and caring person who sets forth providing fun story time for students, encouraging them to read and explore their new adventures. Always there for a supporting hand. Sahar Sabouni, Art Sister Sahar received her B.A in Interior Architecture. She has great experience in Interior designing and Auto Cad programs. Her passion is in drawing and painting ceramic work. She has been with us for many years at Iman Academy in teaching Arts. Sister Sahar has been involved in the design and supervision of the installation of numerous exhibits throughout Europe, as her artistry in work equipped our students with the visionary and innovation of creativity in work. Luqman Martin, Physical Education Brother Luqman is a USSF licensed and a certified soccer coach. Brother Luqman is a great team player in leading our students towards developing their physical skills and abilities in their competitions and performances. Oraib Khalil, Physical Education Sister Oruba has been with us at Iman Academy for several years. She is very energetic & passionate in keeping our girls in great shape by maintaining their physical fitness and strengthening their confidence. Always there to lend a helping hand. We also have wonderful experienced teachers coming our way to join us in sharing their great proficiency and expertise in the field of education. We would like to thank all our parents in being part of the great moments that are planted for the success of Iman Academy!
