All accommodations are provided based on eligibility requirements, are subject to availability and restrictions imposed by the participating hotels. Special requests, such as pet- friendly hotels and provided shuttle services, will be taken into consideration and should be stated at the time the request is being made. For more information or to request hotel lodging, please contact the American Cancer Society at Requests for lodging are met on a first- come, first- served basis and must be submitted at least two- weeks prior to the date lodging is needed. Some hotels offer free nights, some offer rooms at discounted rates.
