Research interests My main research topic is natural Language Syntax, which includes : - descriptive studies of various languages (mainly French), - syntactic theories (mainly Tree Adjoinig Grammars and Head-driven Phrase Structure grammar), - linguistic resources for syntactic processing (that is a wide coverage French grammar FTAG and an annotated corpus : Paris 7 Treebank) Research projects : member of the PICS program (H de Swart, F Corblin) : «Formal semantics and French data», with the publication of Hand book of French semantics : Responsible (with D Godard) of the Project «Grammaire Typologique des formes Faibles», Federation TUL (CNRS) : a gold standard annotated newspaper corpus for French (Paris 7 Treebank). I am now mainly working on the following projects : - a French HPSG grammar (in collaboration with D Godard and I. Sag), - a large descriptive French grammar (Grande Grammaire du français), sponsored by Institut de Linguistique française (CNRS), directed by A. Delaveau and D. Godard. (2 volumes, 50 authors)
