Please be prompt! Bodybuilders must have successfully passed drug testing to weigh-in and register. 6:00pm Athlete Meeting All athletes (bodybuilders, fitness, bikini contestants, and models) must attend the meeting Friday, May 5th in the ballroom of the Holiday Inn, North Haven from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. Registration meeting is mandatory for all athletes. All contestants (bodybuilding and fitness) must bring their music to the meeting. Music for fitness must be no longer than 2 minutes. Music for bodybuilding must be no longer than 60 seconds. Music will be collected Friday, May 5th only. Bodybuilders must weigh-in on scale in posing suit only.

2 VENUE CONTEST VENUE: East Haven Performing Arts Center East Haven High School 35 Wheelbarrow Lane East Haven, CT DIRECTIONS: From New York City: Take I-95 North into CT. On I-95 North take exit #48 (I-91 North on the left towards Hartford. Merge onto I-91 North and take Exit #8 Middletown Ave (Route 80). Keep right off exit and follow Route 80 for 2.5 miles and Wheelbarrow Lane is on the left across from Funeral Home. The venue is up the hill. From Rhode Island: On I-95 South head toward New Haven, CT and in CT after you cross the Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge in New Haven stay all the way to the right and take Exit #48 on towards Hartford (I-91 North) follow I-91 North and take Exit # 8 Middletown Ave (Route 80) stay right and follow 2.5 miles and Wheelbarrow Lane is on the left across from Funeral Home the venue is up the hill. From Boston: Take I-90 West (Portions Toll) towards Worcester. Take I-84/US 20 Exit), Exit #9 towards Hartford/New York. Merge onto I-84 West. Follow I-84 West and take CT-15 S Exit (Exit #57) on the left towards I-91 South/Charter Oak Bridge towards New York. Stay straight to go into CT-15 S Ramp, and merge onto CT-15 South. Take I-91 South follow I-91 South towards New Haven. Take Exit #8 Middletown Ave (Route 80) off I-91 South. At end of ramp stay right and follow for 2.5 miles and Wheelbarrow Lane is on left across from Funeral Home, the venue is up the hill. 3 FITNESS ATLANTIC PAGEANT and MS BIKINI ATLANTIC FITNESS ATLANTIC PAGEANT Fitness Atlantic Pageant is a celebration of feminine style, beauty and grace - a nationally recognized event that allows women beyond high school and college years to compete for recognition and prizes in dance, aerobics, cheerleading, gymnastics routines and/or other displays of athletic talent. The Top 10 fitness women qualify for the 2006 Fitness America National Championships and 2006 Fitness Universe Championships. Fitness Round - 40% of Score Swimsuit Round - 40% of Score Interview Round - 20% of Score Divisions: MS BIKINI ATLANTIC 1. Fitness Atlantic Pageant Open Division One Class 2. Fitness Atlantic Pageant Junior Division (Under 18 years old) Routine Only The Ms. Bikini competition is quite simply a beauty contest, but with special emphasis on body shape, condition and overall attractiveness. It includes three competitive rounds. There are no qualifications to compete and the event is open to women worldwide. There are two Open Divisions - Under 5'4" and Over 5'4". Contestants must be at least 18 years of age. No minors are permitted regardless of parental consent. Themed Sportswear Round - 40% of Score Poise & Presence - 33% Sports Wear Selection - 33% Appearance - 33% Bikini Round - 40% Body Condition - 33% Facial Beauty - 33% Appearance - 33% Divisions: 1. Ms Bikini Classic Division (Over 35 years old) One Class 2. Ms Bikini Atlantic Open Division (2 height classes under 5-4 and Over 5-4 )

4 MUSCLEMANIA ATLANTIC BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS MUSCLEMANIA ATLANTIC Musclemania has become a natural and independent extravaganza of muscle welcoming all drug free athletes. The production standards are nothing less than spectacular and are designed to make every contestant feel like a star. Broadway stage designers and night club music lighting experts will present Musclemania like no other bodybuilding event you will ever witness. Any natural bodybuilder is welcome to compete in the Musclemania Bodybuilding Championships and first time natural bodybuilders are encouraged to compete in the novice divisions and open divisions. Musclemania is known to be a world-class staged event. The reputation is earned, in part, due to the state-ofthe-art audio system; It is recommended that you take advantage of this available technology by using music that is on a CD format. If possible, have the music edited and dubbed by an audio technician. By doing this, you will enhance your stage performance at the finals. Bodybuilding Divisions: Men 1. Bantamweight - Up to 150lbs 2. Lightweight under 165lbs 3. Welterweight 165 under 175lbs 4. Middleweight under 185lbs 5. Light Heavyweight under 195lbs 6. Heavyweight - Over 195lbs Novice Men *(Never placed first in ANY contest) 7. Lightweight - Under 180lbs 8. Heavyweight - Over 180lbs Masters Men 11. Over 40 years old Grand Masters Men 12. Over 50 years old Junior Men Years and Under Women 9. Open Class 10. Novice Women *If qualified contestants may compete in two divisions, crossovers are permitted for an additional $50.00 fee. Promoter reserves the right to adjust classes based on contestants participating in each division. Contestant Prizes All contestants will receive special gifts. The Top 5 placers in each division will receive trophies. The Overall Men's Open Division winner turns Professional and ALL contestants qualify for the World Bodybuilding Championships held in November in California. 12:00pm Bodybuilding Sign-in All bodybuilders will check-in at 12:00am at East Haven Performing Arts Center. Please show your contestant badge to security to be allowed into the theater. No trainers or coaches are allowed backstage at any time. The doors open to the public for bodybuilding pre-judging at 1:00pm and tickets are only $ Bodybuilding Prejudging will start at 1:00pm sharp.1:00pm Bodybuilding Pre-Judging At the pre-judging all bodybuilders will be equally and fairly judged within their divisions and class. This will include (1) an initial line-up, (2) mandatory poses comparisons and (3) selected group comparisons. At the Finals all contestants will be introduced to the audience and allowed to strike a couple of poses. The top 5 placers in each class will perform their individual posing routines. The routines are limited to 60 seconds.

5 DRUG TESTING Friday, May 5th 9:00am - 6:00pm Urine Testing Drug testing will be held only on Friday, May 5th from 9:00am to 6:00pm at the Holiday Inn, 210 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT (please choose a time between 9:00am and 5:30pm and write it on your entry form times will be given as entry forms are received on a first come first serve basis be sure to mail in your entry form well in advance to keep your desired time.) Musclemania is proud to be a natural competition that only promotes drug-free sports. There is mandatory drug testing. All bodybuilders must pass an examination prior to the event. Each contestant must pay $35.00 fee (cash or money order only) directly to the examiner at the time of testing. Each contestant must call Brian Cannone ahead to confirm an appointment (203) Contestants who refuse to make themselves available or do not provide an appointment time will also be disqualified from the event. Testing will 0nly be held on Friday, May 5th performed by providing a urinalysis sample bring your drivers license or photo identification and the $35.00 testing fee.

7 ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY I certify that I am physically fit, have trained sufficiently for participation in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form will be used by the event holders, organizers and sponsors, in which I may participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, Release, and Discharge from liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me including my traveling to and from the event, the American Sports Network Inc., Beyond Fitness LLC, ESPN, The City of East Haven, the Holiday Inn Hotel, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, event holders, event directors, event volunteers, (B) Indemnify and Hold Harmless the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by negligence of release or otherwise. And further consideration of permission being granted to participate in the Fitness America Pageant, Musclemania, and Ms Bikini America and their related events (the Event), receipt of which benefit is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant you, America Sports Network Inc., ESPN, Beyond Fitness LLC, and all video and entertainment organizations, and all their agents, successors, licenses, and assigns the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by film, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance, name, to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or exploit any such reproductions containing my voice, and/or appearance in all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, video, printing or any other media known or hereafter devised, including also with respect to merchandising, advertising, and/or publicity, and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with the foregoing. This Accident Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
