Description of Qualifications: The primary role of a Consultant is to work closely with Senior and Principal consultants collecting and analyzing data, interpreting results and making recommendations for next steps. More specifically, this person interacts with case teams and clients at multiple levels, design qualitative and quantitative research tools, understands the client s market and customer base using online and offline tools (industry reports, annual reports, etc), synthesizes findings, analyzes and models market data sets, and assists with the creation of presentations. LENGTH OF COURSE: Systems Thinking is a 2 day program. TRAINING COURSE DESCRIPTION: Systems Thinking teaches participants the ability to understand, model and resolve complex business issues. And understand how those will lead to tomorrow s business successes or failures. The training starts with a highly interactive business simulation (The Beer Game). The basic concepts and language of Systems Thinking are taught and applied to real work situations.
