2 O&U Wynperle Personal Injury Law - Branding Project -2- Overview This program was developed by myself, designer Bill Tibbles and his staff at Rapport Design and Communications. Wynperle contacted Bill on the basis of work we had done together for personal injury law firms Howie, Sacks & Henry and Thomson Rogers. Wynperle is a small Hamilton based firm which wanted to develop a strong branded identity and invest in a substantial marketing program to promote their firm in the greater Hamilton and Golden Horseshoe areas. Bill and I developed the strategic focus, conceptualized and developed all campaign materials together, with me as writer.

The pearl is also very precious and that further reinforced the positioning we were trying to create. In my mind it all added up to something very personal.

There s A New Day Dawning At Wynperle Law. It starts with a name change. It continues with a new corporate identity, including logo, web site and complete marketing program. It s backed up by renewed commitment to our clients and referral associates to work as hard as humanly possible on behalf of personal injury victims. We created two versions of this brochure. One to talk to parents and guardians the other to talk to health care professionals and potential referring lawyers.
