2 O&U Wynperle Personal Injury Law - Branding Project -2- Overview This program was developed by myself, designer Bill Tibbles and his staff at Rapport Design and Communications. Wynperle contacted Bill on the basis of work we had done together for personal injury law firms Howie, Sacks & Henry and Thomson Rogers. Wynperle is a small Hamilton based firm which wanted to develop a strong branded identity and invest in a substantial marketing program to promote their firm in the greater Hamilton and Golden Horseshoe areas. Bill and I developed the strategic focus, conceptualized and developed all campaign materials together, with me as writer.

3 O&U Wynperle Personal Injury Law - Branding Project -3- Communications Focus This is excerpted from a longer proposal which outlined all recommended program elements and exectutional vision. CORE BENEFIT Any personal injury law firm can get the job done. But none will do it with the same high levels of compassion, caring and integrity as Wynperle Law. KEY SUPPORT ELEMENTS A) The Wynperle group has a 10-year history of success. B) Wynperle takes a highly personalized approach to each and every client, always working in the clients best interest and not just to win a judgement. C) Wynperle believes the settlement must fit the future needs of the injured person, otherwise it is not a just settlement.

4 O&U Wynperle Personal Injury Law - Branding Project -4- Logo & Positioning While developing positioning alternatives for Wynperle, I became interested in the concept of the pearl itself as being something that, in nature, is completely unique...just like the cases that Wyperle would fight for their clients. The pearl is also very precious and that further reinforced the positioning we were trying to create. In my mind it all added up to something very personal.

5 O&U Peel Scrap Metal Recycling - Branding Project -5- Teaser Post Card This card was designed to be sent to everyone on the current Wynperle database to let them know that something new was on the way. There s A New Day Dawning At Wynperle Law. It starts with a name change. It continues with a new corporate identity, including logo, web site and complete marketing program. It s backed up by renewed commitment to our clients and referral associates to work as hard as humanly possible on behalf of personal injury victims. We created two versions of this brochure. One to talk to parents and guardians the other to talk to health care professionals and potential referring lawyers. 10 O&U Wynperle Personal Injury Law - Branding Project -10- The Bottom Line The clients believed in the idea that we created for them. Results for a rebranding of this magnitude generally take a while to measure. However, direct client business for the firm is trending upwards, as are the number of referrals and the size of the staff. So the objectives originally set out are being achieved. The client is very happy with the results. They feel strongly that they now have a branded image that is totally in synch with their firm s philosophy and character.
