The university will have four graduate and professional schools, including the College of Medicine & a joint venture with Virtua Medical Center, the Graduate College, the Graduate School of Management and the Graduate School of Technology.

Townships of Moorestown, Lumberton, Hainesport, Westampton, Willingboro & Mt. Laurel: Each Township should prepare for an increase of nearly 3,000 households total to accommodate the increase in population for professional staff at the University. Townships must plan for an increase in Immediate Traffic Density in the areas immediately surrounding the Proposed University. Research Charge: Research As with any large research institution, NJSU investigators will work in a broad range of disciplines, and the university MUST consistently rank among the Top 20 research institutions in the United States. Administration The New Jersey State University will be a Public Research & Land Grant University, wholly governed by the State of New Jersey, Office of the Secretary of Higher Education, and an independent, selfperpetuating Board of Trustee s. The board shall be comprised of 15 regular members (plus any number of trustees emeriti) and the Freeholder Director of Burlington County, the University's President. Each trustee shall serve a five-year term (except for four recently graduated alumni, who shall serve two two-year terms). Endowed Goal: $4 Billion (USD) Campus layout The New Jersey State University campus is to be located approximately 18 miles north of Camden & Philadelphia, 30 miles northeast of downtown Chester, PA in The Heart of Burlington County. NJSU will not be more than 81 Miles from New York City (1 Hour 20 Minutes), or Washington D.C. 190 miles

4 (2 Hours). It has an area of that is hugely accessible to every major thorofare around the world including the Proposed Camden International Airport about 4 miles away. The campus will be approximately 380 acres in Mt. laurel Twp, about one mile northeast of interstate 295. There are currently 8 buildings on the Mt. Laurel campus that is currently occupied by Burlington County College, Drexel University & Wilmington University. Location, Location, Location U.S. Route 38 passes through the center of the municipality while the New Jersey Turnpike passes through the southwestern part of the township. Major county roads that pass through include CR 537 and Hartford Road. Interstate 295 is accessible immediately southwest of US RT 38. The University will be neighboring Moorestown, Marlton and Lumberton Townships. New Jersey Transit bus service to Camden- Philadelphia is available on the 413 & 317 route.

7 Student Life The university will be built from Inception to capacitate 40,000 students. The university fully intends to recognize nearly 400 student-led organizations, ranging from academic major societies and honoraries to recreational sports clubs, the most prestigious of which will be the NJSU Crew & Regatta Teams and the Student Government Association (SGA). There are current plans to call for more than 50 service organizations on campus, giving students the opportunity to perform community service across New Jersey, the country and around the world. Student housing The University will construct from its inception student housing to capacitate 25,000 student residents. Athletics The University will build from its inception the major NCAA DIV I sports, Football, Soccer, Lacrosse, Basketball, Baseball & Softball, Tennis, Crew, Track & Field, Swimming, Volleyball and others. Game Day New Jersey Portfolio: The Sunbelt Conference Slot. The SEC conference is on the Table for this School. Physical Plants Football Stadium: 50,000 Seats (Multi Use: Football, Soccer, and Lacrosse, Track & Field) Basketball Arena: 15,000 Seats (Multi Use) Baseball Stadium (Interchangeable with Softball) Endowed Goal: $4 Billion US Dollars is scheduled to be raised by private donors. The State of New Jersey will need to acquire the land from The County of Burlington Board of Chosen Freeholders, Burlington County College and grant it to the Institution NJSU New Jersey State University.
