1 FACT SHEET 1. ABOUT US Flightlink is a Scheduled Safari Airline, Corporate Air Charter & Air Ambulance Operator with bases in Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Arusha. The Company is made up of experienced and talented General Aviation professionals providing strong foundation to achieve its values and objectives. Holder of Air Service License (ASL) and Air Operators Certificate (AOC), our primary values and objectives are to operate a safe and secure air transport & Medevac services within Tanzania and neighboring countries. OUR MISSION To offer Efficient, Secure, Safer, courteous, comfortable and the most reasonable Travel in Tanzania. OUR VISION To be the leading Air transport providers in Tanzania

2 2. NEWS Flightlink acquires 30 Seat Turbo prop Twin Engine EMBRAER120ER BRASILIA Aircraft. Cessna Citation 560 Twin Jet is deployed for Aeromedical & VIP Personalized Charters on demand out of Dar Es Salaam & Arusha Flightlink moves its offices to City Centre at IT Plaza, 3 rd Floor on Ohio/Garden Avenue giving access to more walk- in clients and Local Agencies. 3. AT THE AIRPORT Flightlink operates all its flights at the following airports: - Airports DAR ES SALAAM MW JNIA Int l Airport Terminal 1 (Old Airport) ZANZIBAR Abeid Amani Karume International Airport ARUSHA Arusha Town Airport DODOMA Dodoma Town Airport PEMBA Chake Chake Town Airport Airfields SELOUS All Airstrips SERENGETI All Airstrips LAKE MANYARA & NGORONGORO Lake Manyara Airport We would like to achieve perfect timings. Kindly arrive, 1Hr 30Mins Prior to Flight Departure at Airports and 45minutes at Airfields. Boarding will start 20minutes prior to schedule flight departure time for Airports and Airfields.

3 For Disable Passengers, a wheel chair is available on request. Passengers are expected to arrive with their e- tickets and a picture ID for check in. Check in could be denied if passengers fail to show travelling documents, ID or e- tickets. 4. PRE- FLIGHT Passengers must make sure that their luggage is packed without dangerous goods. List of Dangerous goods that may not be carried on board may be requested at check in. Licensed Firearms must be declared and given to our despatchers for safe keeping and will be given to the owner on arrival at the destination of travel. Children over the age of 2 must be seated on the seat and belted at all times. Oversized bags are not allowed on board due to limited aircraft hold space. Only 1 pc of soft luggage is allowed per passenger to be check in on hold. Cabin Baggage is only allowed for personal items like Camera, Computers, Medicines, and Travel Documents that shouldn t be over 5Kgs

4 5. IN THE AIR We operate a combination of Pressurized and Non Pressurized Aircrafts. Kindly check the type of aircraft operating on check in desk. Some of flight schedule may require connections, embarkations & disembarkations. All Connecting flights will have your baggage automatically sent to your final destination. However you are strongly recommended to have a physical inspection of your bags and make sure they are loaded up on the next flight you re connecting. Your maximum connecting flight will not be more than 2Hrs Please check with our ground staff for any assistance that you may require during layover. Most of our aircrafts do not have Toilets. 6. Delays & Cancellation of Flights In the event of delay or Cancelation to your flight due to Technical, Operational & or Weather, the following terms apply: Up to 2-3 hour delay - Flightlink to provide regular communication on flight status to the agent and or passengers. Over 3-4 hours or Flight cancellation due to technical or Weather: Flightlink will provide flights with alternative airlines subject to availability of seats or process full refund. Flightlink is not liable to any damages or compensation to the 3rd parties itinerary agreement and or safari schedule.
