Acceptances will be announced bymidnight, September 19, Deliveries are to be made betweennovember 1and December 31, Materials , and are one hundred percent (100%) SmallBusiness Set Aside - See FAR Notice of Small BusinessSet-Aside. NAICS Code Business size 500 employees or less applyto this requirement. This Solicitation may show multiple stops on some line items; however,the number of stops will be limited to a maximum of three. To determinethe number of destinations, review the "Tendering Text" for the lot,which will indicate the City and State for each stop. Bidders maysubmit different prices for each stop. However, a price is required onall line items within the lot. Offerors who intend to use more than one processing plant and shippingpoint for contracts awarded under this solicitation, other than theprocessing plant and shipping point entered in their bids, may submit alist of their approved processing plants and shipping points on aseparate sheet of paper to be uploaded in WBSCM, and to be submittedwith their bids. For offshore destinations (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, etc.), offerors have theoption to choose to enter their bids direct to the offshore destinationor to the port. Purchases will be made on an f.o.b. destination basis to cities on thissolicitation. Destination quantities listed are estimates and subjectto adjustment based on offerings, changes in recipient needs, marketconditions, and program operations. All prime vendors are reminded that they are prohibited fromsubcontracting with companies or individuals that have been suspended ordebarred. In order to submit offers on this Solicitation, Offerors must be deemedeligible by the Contracting Officer. Product purchased under thissolicitation will be produced according to the applicable ItemDescription and Checklist of Requirements and eligible supplier'sapproved technical proposal. Offers must be submitted electronically via the Web-Based Supply ChainManagement System (WBSCM). Offers submitted by any means other thanwbscm will be deemed nonresponsive. Offerors must be active in WBSCMand have the required bidder roles in order to submit offers under thissolicitation. Once connected, follow the online procedures.
