6 Carbon Audit Pilot Fund: Eligibility of Applicants & Qualified Service Providers Applicant Around 200 companies across 4 specified business sectors in HK: Office-based Operations Retail Catering Others (with priority focus) Qualified Service Providers Register of Qualified Service Providers for Energy-cumcarbon Audit Projects of the Buildings Energy Efficiency Funding Schemes (BEEFS) Qualified Service Providers (QSP) for Carbon"Less" Certificates Scheme Registered LOOP Verifier

7 Carbon Audit Pilot Fund: Vetting Criteria and Amount of Grant Major Criteria 1. Eligibility of Applicant 2. Scope of the project work reasonable against project fee 3. Willingness of Applicant to pursue Low Carbon Technologies & Practices Amount of Grant Up to 50% of the cost of carbon audit, subject to a ceiling of $30,000 Total budget : $6M
