30 Considerations - HNS 1. ensure the better use of the capabilities of the team since their arrival 2. integrate team operations with the ongoing rescue effort 3. support the team in all logistics need including fuel, transport, food and accommodation 4. assist the team in all contacts/relations with population or administrations 5. facilitate the liaison between the team and local/national operational centers
