Viabilizar ao aluno experiências de apresentação oral e mediação de discussões temáticas em Sistemas/Tecnologia da Informação, bem como acesso a diretórios de dados internacionais. CONTEÚDO Epistemologia, pesquisa e validação de instrumentos em SI/TI Abordagem sociotécnica em SI/TI Modelo de Aceitação da Tecnologia (TAM) adoção e resistência Alinhamento TI-negócios, mudança organizacional e burocracia Paradoxo da produtividade e retorno sobre investimento em TI Qualidade de produtos e serviços de SI/TI Sucesso de sistema de informação satisfação do usuário e outros construtos Terceirização em SI/TI (projetos, serviços, etc.) Inclusão digital e redes sociais virtuais Melhores práticas e gestão de projetos de SI/TI Competências do profissional de SI/TI MÉTODO Aulas expositivas conduzidas pelo professor, e seminários individuais dos alunos com textos sorteados no dia da aula, bem como dois debatedores de apoio. Interação extraclasse por meio de correio eletrônico e sítio Web. Avaliação individual por meio de: Presença e assiduidade. [1,0 ponto] Observação da participação/discussão em aula. [1,0 pontos] Seminário individual sobre conteúdo programático. [3,0 pontos] Localização e distribuição de artigos aos colegas, na seguinte modalidade: cada aluno deverá fornecer aos colegas cinco artigos (impressos ou em PDF) publicados no ano corrente a respeito do(s) tema(s) de seu(s) seminário(s).
