He focuses on working with lead attorneys to prepare key evidence for use in trial. David is an expert at providing graphic recommendations that will present the evidence in a persuasive manner to the jury for opening statements, key witnesses, and closing arguments. David has participated in several successful jury verdicts for both plaintiff and defense firms throughout the nation. In trial presentation, witness preparation, trial equipment & war room planning are all areas where David separates himself from the rest. David has presented evidence in over 110 trials in 17 states, in both Federal and State courts. The finished product can then be loaded into any of the commercially available litigation database management programs, such as Concordance, Summation, iconect or LAW PreDiscovery.
