Single Facility This is truly the one account that uses the concept of debt consolidation and offers both debit and credit balance functionality, together with transactional banking. It is no longer necessary to maintain both a current account and a loan account, as the Single Facility combines these two accounts into one. The defining feature is the ability to hold a single balance at any one time. It is structured around the principle that interest is calculated daily on your outstanding balance, so whenever the outstanding balance on your loan is reduced, you save on interest. There are four different pricing options to choose from: Unlimited, Bundled, High Touch Banking and Pay-As-You-Use. All fees quoted in the tables to follow are VAT inclusive. Bundled pricing option You pay a single discounted monthly account fee for an all-inclusive bundle of transactional products, which gives you all the benefits of the Unlimited pricing option including the monthly fees for your: This pricing option allows you to pay a single fee across your portfolio of accounts, excluding your credit card and business accounts. For a negotiable monthly account fee, you will receive unlimited banking transactions across our electronic channels on your portfolio of cheque accounts which are on the High Touch Banking pricing option.
