REAL-TIME AWARENESS Create a custom list of terms and phrases which trigger alerts in the application. The tool scans a specified geographic area and immediately sends an alert to appropriate personnel. For example, during a large 10K race, words such as bomb, shooting and gun triggered first-responders to investigate further. POST INCIDENT INVESTIGATION Access to historical data allows investigators to retrace the timeline of an incident as well as find further information. The user can download a CSV file to include in the chain of evidence. MOBILE, ROLE-BASED ACCESS Secure access to the application is accessible on hand-held devices, workstation computers, command centers and anywhere a user has internet access. Access is role-based which ensures that only the right information is provided to the right person at the right time. VIEW THE SENTIMENT A large portion of social media posts are not geo-located. Using the credentials entered, such as unit number, unit type and agency, an asset s specific coordinates could be integrated geospatially. This allows personnel to be accurately located. ROLE-BASED ACCESS Secure access to the application is role-specific. This ensures that only the right information is provided to the right person at the right time. The user-friendly back-end administration allows the system administrator to create support-specific roles on-the-fly. Information displayed is customized based on the agency and role.
