3 The Vision University Candidate: Who Should Attend VU attracts global participants from a cross-section of industries representing the full spectrum of audit department sizes. Chief audit executives (CAEs) new to their role and those performing the functions of a CAE are encouraged to attend VU to take this critical step toward augmenting their skills and abilities as an internal audit executive. Enrollment for each session is capped at 25 participants to ensure maximum engagement and valuable interactions among colleagues. This also affords attendees greater opportunities for discussions with VU s expert facilitators as well as time to build a strong peer network. Upon completion of the program, candidates WILL: Get a running jump-start on the key insights that make CAEs successful.
