The business is designed for medical professionals including; doctors, dentists and nurses and non-medical professionals. Independent non-medical applicants who wish to develop their own Qutis business will be required to employ a suitably qualified medical professional. We will assist you in recruiting a registered nurse or doctor where necessary. All candidates will need to be interviewed and pass our selection process. We are looking for committed local partners who we can train and then trust with our brand and reputation to operate a replica of our existing successful business, based on MBNS clinic in Oxfordshire. We give full training in all areas, starting with two weeks based in our training clinic, MBNS in Thame. We provide complete specialist support to guide you through the process of choosing premises, recruiting staff, using our patient booking software, finance and book keeping, creating your website, marketing your business and meeting all current legislation. We even help you raise finance when necessary. Treating Patients Helping your customers look their natural best will give you a great sense of satisfaction, which few jobs can match. We know from experience how a slight change in appearance can also bring a significant benefit to an individual s self esteem. Many of your clients will give you positive feedback and will be forever grateful for the treatments they have received. What Treatments does an Aesthetic Skin Clinic Provide? You will provide a range of treatments which fall into three broad areas; + + Dermal filler injections - Hyaluronic Acid based dermal filler products, which safely and effectively reduce lines and wrinkles, and creates volume, and improves skin appearance. + + Toxin injections - to relax facial muscles and reduce frown lines particularly in the forehead and around the eyes. + + Laser and IPL (intense pulsed light) hair removal and skin rejuvenation. We are continually reviewing and adding new treatments all the time, such as using toxin injections to treat migraines and using radio frequency for skin tightening.

4 Steps to becoming a Franchisee 1. Complete the website form and read this information and contact us. We then will conduct a short telephone interview. 2. Shadow a practitioner and/or attend a clinic open day allowing us to meet each other and ask questions over a coffee. 3. Detailed second meeting where we share all elements of the franchise model. We advise that you bring your partner, especially if this is going to be a joint decision. We need to be sure of your commitment before proceeding. 4. Decision to proceed is confirmed, after this you pay the deposit which secures your territory and the process to opening your business begins. 5. Business Planning in detail, where you will develop a business plan and cash flow forecast, with our assistance. This plan will give you confidence when presenting to your funding source. 6. Franchise Agreement signed, this is the last step prior to training. The balance of the license fee is transferred. 7. Training and Clinic Opening. You begin the two weeks training, followed by the opening week of your new business, with us on site to help and support you. What Training & Support do I get? Your initial training will be a minimum of two weeks based at our training clinic, MBNS in Oxfordshire. All of your training will be one-to-one or in very small groups of 2 to 3 franchisees. The total investment in setting up your own business will range from 29,000 to 75,000.This figure includes the purchase of the franchise license fee, launch marketing, training costs, software setup, all equipment and decoration costs which are needed to operate from your own clinic.
