2 TrackerRMS Project Management TrackerRMS Project Management provides a fully integrate suite of tools for delivery teams to start, run and resource their projects successfully. TrackerRMS combines the CRM sales functions with the Resource Management functions to join together in a unique end-to-end solution that ensure the right people work on the right opportunities whilst ensuring that budgets are tracked and monitored at the individual level. The all in one solution. Core workflow processes take the complexity out of the day-to-day management ensuring that you manage projects by exception thereby focusing on the key issues and risks across all of your projects. The resource management features allow you to quickly appoint team members based on skills and availability and the Availability Planner ensure you are always making the most informed decision about your resources. The project lifecycle is fully customisable as so compliments your internal processes rather than dictating them and the integration with Microsoft Project ensures a seamless fit with the core tools in use today. 3 Workflow As opportunities progress through the sales cycle to successful conclusion, Project records are automatically created that provide the delivery teams with instantaneous information about the Opportunity, what has been sold and expectations around timing. These Projects can be reviewed, assigned to the appropriate Manager and tracked through your own fully customisation project processes. Project Teams Assigning the right people to the right projects is quick and simple and managers can be as detailed as they wish when locating Resources. Finding Team Members can be based on their Availability, Skills, Location, Profile, CV or any number of other search criteria available through the Advanced Find function. Once assigned, these Resources can be posted to specific tasks and dates and their hours worked logged through the in-built Timesheet and Expenses system. These timesheets and expenses can be authorised electronically with managers or clients via and then used to auto-generate Invoice or Payment records for sending to the client or passing to your back-end Accounts application (e.g. Sage) for processing. Project Planning Our Project Planning tools provide everything a Project Manager needs to run a tight and efficient project from start to finish. The Microsoft Project integration allows for importing and exporting of MPP project plans from which managers can automatically create their billable and non-billable activities. If Microsoft Project is not being used, then a default set of project activities is automatically created and can be added to, changed or deleted easily to best fit the characteristics of the project.

4 Project Management A suite of Project Management tools are available within the tool that will allow Project Managers the ability to track and record key aspects of delivery. This includes Change Management, Risk Management, and Issue logs, all of which can be exported and imported via Excel to provide a simple means of collaborating with the team and/or client. Our dashboard views provide key information regarding the health of projects as well as a summary of changes, issues and risks across all project allowing support to be focused on the neediest project quickly and efficiently ensuring timely delivery to plan. Time Management The TrackerPortal offers a wealth of features to your project resources allowing them to see instantly what projects they are working on and the tasks assigned to them. From here they can enter actual time worked against these tasks and any expenses incurred which can be authorised by managers either through the TrackerPortal itself of via our authorisation feature. The timesheets entries feed directly on to the Project Managers dashboard allowing them to instantly compare actual versus budgeted effort and address overrunning tasks quickly. Expense Management In the same way that time is tracked, authorised and used to generate invoice and payments from TrackerRMS, so to can expenses. This function can be completely customised to cater for both variable and fixed expenses type (e.g. mileage and accommodation).

5 Collaboration Many companies who run projects want also to collaborate with their clients and for this there are a number of features available. The TrackerPortal allows Project Managers to keep in touch with their Resources and share information about tasks, workload, timekeeping, document management and progress against plan. This information can also be shared with nominated clients through the Project Microsites and key information can be published and shared easily ensuring your key stakeholders are kept informed of progress 24 hours a day.
