3 Acquiring Supporters The key to success in the sport & leisure industry is the Supporter. Currently, so many clubs and associations are failing to maintain high levels of supporter loyalty due to crucial data being stored in disparate formats, such as mailing lists, hospitality, merchandising, season ticket sales etc. TrackerRMS is the perfect starting point for creating a centralised repository of supporter information. 4 Front Office Integration A huge advantage of TrackerRMS is the link you have between all the departments across your business. Any activity that directly involves your sponsors or suppliers, such as meetings, s, faxes, telephone calls, event attendance, text messages and so on, will be recorded so that all interaction can be easily viewed by all members of staff with access.
