1 HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT 56 OF 1974 RULES RELATING TO THE REGISTRATION BY RADIOGRAPHERS OF ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Published under Board Notice 113 in Government Gazette of 31 October 2008 and amended by BN 174 GG /12/2010 The Health Professions Council of South Africa has, in terms of section 61A(1)(L) and 35, read with section 61A(2) of the Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), made the rules in the Schedule. SCHEDULE 1. In this Schedule, the Act means the Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), and any expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall bear such meaning. 2.
