This paper is not to be copied and must be returned to the Secretary, Board of Examiners in full. (For security reasons, every page bears the candidate's file number). Please Note: In this paper Act means the Mining & Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999 and Regulation means the Mining & Quarrying Safety and Health Regulation In addition, the abbreviation SSE means Site Senior Executive.
