Vendor will be involved in understanding and correcting network and systems security issues to determine what security vulnerabilities exist on the network and various systems and how to fix them Anti Phishing Services b) Track hosting of phishing sites through digital watermark (5 site) c) Monitor web-server referrer logs (5 sites) Phishing Site Takedown Services b) Should keep track of the site brought down for reactivation. The vendor should provide anti-trojan services for IDBI Bank s websites (5 nos) to promptly detect the insertion of Trojans in Bank s web pages including secure web pages (like https). Point 10: OS / Database Hardening Checklist as per Section Change / meaning for the same g) The bidder should have minimum 10 skilled staff with professional certifications like CISA / CISSP / CISM / CEH / CVA out of which at least 5 resources should be involved in IDBI Bank MSS project. Vendor will be involved in understanding and suggesting changes to the network and systems security issues to determine what security vulnerabilities exist on the network and various systems and how to fix them Anti Phishing Services b) Track hosting of phishing sites through digital watermark (2 sites) c) Monitor web-server referrer logs (2 sites) Phishing Site Takedown Services b) Should keep track of the site brought down for reactivation for at least 2 months. The reactivated sites are to be brought down without any additional charges. This point has been dropped & bidders are requested not to consider this point while bidding. 3 General Instructions: This Corrigendum No. 1 constitutes an integral part of the RFP and shall be read in conjunction with the RFP. Where inconsistent with the original RFP, this Corrigendum No. 1 shall govern. In case of repetition of the above mentioned sections/clauses this Corrigendum No. 1 shall govern. Unless specifically changed herein all other requirements, terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged. It is the responsibility of all bidders to the RFP to conform to this Corrigendum No. 1. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Corrigendum No 1 in the cover letter, format provided as per Annexure I given below on bidder s letterhead. Having examined carefully and understood the terms of the Request For Proposal document, the Scope, Eligibility Criteria and other terms and conditions as stipulated in the FRP thereto, we, the undersigned, in conformity with the RFP Document, offer to provide the Services as defined and described in the RFP Document, on the terms and conditions mentioned in the RFP Document and for the sum / price indicated as per financial bid as bid by us in the Online Reverse Auction. 2. We acknowledge having received the following Corrigendum to the bid document: Corrigendum No. Dated 3. We certify that all the information and representations furnished herewith are true, correct, valid and subsisting in every respect as of the day and can be supported with relevant documents of proof on demand by the bank 4. We certify that we are the authors / assignees / licensees for providing the Services. 5 / Applications used for providing the Services. We certify that we are in compliance in all respects with all applicable laws and regulations 5. We certify that all acts, conditions and things required to be done, fulfilled or performed, and all authorizations required or essential for authorizing / assigning / licensing for providing the Services in terms of the Request For Proposal document and RFP, hereof have been done, fulfilled, obtained, effected and performed and are in full force and effect and no such authorization has been, or is threatened to be, revoked or cancelled; 6. We hereby certify that, at our own expense, indemnify, defend and hold harmless IDBI Bank and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, Affiliates and assigns from and against any and all liability (including but not limited to liabilities, judgments, damages, losses, claims, costs and expenses, including attorney s fees and expenses) any other loss that may occur, arising from or relating to: a) infringement or violation of the applicable laws including laws relating to IPRs in respect of Products and services supplied by us to IDBI Bank or b) a breach, non-performance or inadequate performance by us in any of the terms, conditions, covenants, representations, undertakings, obligations or warranties hereunder; 7. If any action is brought against you for infringement / violation, of the applicable laws including laws relating to IPRs in respect of the tools / applications and services supplied by us to you, we will defend the same at our cost and consequences and will indemnify you of all the costs and other expenses that you may incur in this connection. 8. We undertake, if our proposal is accepted, to provide the Services comprised in the Contract within timeframe specified, starting from the date of receipt of notification of award from IDBI Bank. 9. We agree and undertake to abide by the Request for Proposal terms and conditions, provisions, stipulations and covenants from time to time from the date of bid opening and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiration of that period. 10. We agree to execute a Contract / Agreement in the form to be communicated by IDBI Bank, incorporating all agreements with such alterations or additions thereto as may be necessary to adapt such agreement to the circumstances of the standard and notice of the award within time prescribed after notification of your intention to accept this proposal. 11. Unless and until a formal agreement is prepared and executed this proposal together with your written acceptance thereof shall constitute a binding Contract / Agreement. 12. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any bid you may receive, not to give any reason for rejection of any bid and that you will not defray any expenses incurred by us in biding. We understand that you are not bound to accept our request for participation in the bidding process or not bound to accept our proposals that you may receive, or give any reason for rejection of any bid. We also agree and confirm that we will not claim any expenses incurred by us in bidding and that you will not defray any expenses incurred by us in biding. 14. We are also aware that IDBI Bank has also right to re-issue / re-commence the bidding process, to which we do not have right to object and have no reservation in this regard; the decision of IDBI Bank in this regard shall be final, conclusive and binding upon us. 15. We hereby confirm and accept that if we are found eligible to participate in the bid process, amounts that will be collected by you for the RFP/ documents are not refundable 16. The entire set of documents, information on our company, product and clients etc. are enclosed hereto and shall form the part of this Bid. We agree to all the terms and conditions as mentioned in this RPF document.
