BUILDER Use Measure to import the floor plan and calculate the areas, then export these quantities to Bid Pro to set up a proposal illustrating allowed figures versus any upgrades. Once a selection sheet is received, products are adjusted and the Bid is exported to Order Entry (add-ons, overages and upgrades) and to Scheduler Pro (for scheduling the installation). COMMERCIAL Use Measure for Plan takeoffs and creation of layouts, export to Bid Pro to create a bid illustrating actual costs and apply appropriate profit margins. Once Bid is awarded, export Bid to order entry along with any notes or documents attached to the Bid. RFMS then captures a Job Cost Base Line illustrating beginning cost and quantities for future reference. Once job is in process, RFMS allows you to progress bill and track retainage. MULTI-FAMILY Use Measure to create templates of floor plans, export to Bid Pro and create templates for all floor plans with available option. When a unit installation is requested, tag and export the appropriate lines on the model template. Print this bid to a PDF file and email to the management company for a PO to be issued. Once a PO is received, export this proposal to Order Entry for inventory procurement, work order and pick ticket generation. RETAIL Use Measure to calculate dimensions and create layout, export to Quotes for salesperson to make modifications. Salesperson can check out samples to customer using bar code scanning. Once contract is signed, management exports to Order Entry. Order Entry is designed to optionally work with a cash drawer, credit card swipe and bar code reader for a true point-of-sale system.
