CV Search & Rescue - Function 265 Established October 1982 Purpose is to make grants-in-aid for the search and rescue coordination and assist in the acquisition of equipment required to carry out search and rescue work within the participating areas Member municipalities historically contributed towards the search and rescue (grant-in-aid) function by way of a contractual arrangement Bylaw 2985 dated April 2007 added the three municipalities as participants Participants now include the three municipalities and Electoral Areas A, B & C Apportioned by converted assessed values
