Meaningful Use (MU) Education The 2014 MU training program has been developed to ensure high quality patient outcomes in conjunction with meeting CMS regulatory requirements. The new charting and ordering elements utilize the same principle functionality in use today. The new charting and orders will be audited electronically for compliance. Audit outcomes and feedback will be available for each facility. We appreciate your assistance in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care.

Order Entry In this section we will review the iforms (Electronic Orders) along with the paper versions that are to be used for downtime. iforms will be utilized at Paradise Valley (PVA) and Maryvale (MHH). The paper forms will be utilized at all times at West Valley (WVH), Arizona Heart (AHH), Arrowhead (AHD) and Phoenix Baptist (PBA). These forms will be filled out by the provider, then entered by the RN/HUC into the computer system

Stroke/TIA Admit Orders iform Both tabs of the Stroke/TIA Admit Orders iform have REQUIRED MU items. The items that need to be completed are in red text.
