HISTORY Finance Company Australia Pty Ltd has its origins in 1983 when Rob Rooke entered the Finance Broking industry with one of Western Australia s preeminent equipment finance brokers. In 1991 he established his own business which expanded to arrange equipment finance transactions, residential and commercial mortgages and undertake corporate advisory roles for its client base. In 2003 he sold that business into Centrepoint Finance WA Pty Ltd which itself was sold in 2006 into the public company Centrepoint Alliance Limited. In January 2009 Rob repurchased the company from Centrepoint Alliance and changed its name to Finance Company Australia Pty Ltd (FCA). TODAY Finance Company Australia currently employs a team of expert and dedicated personnel at its offices in West Perth and Bunbury, Western Australia. FCA also employs a number of regional brokers who work throughout Busselton, Mandurah, Kalgoorlie and the greater Western Australia. The company s principal focus is that it specialises in arranging residential and commercial mortgages, equipment finance, financial advice and has a corporate advisory arm. These activities have seen FCA grow into one of Western Australia s largest independent brokers.
