The Cash Flow Solution Business Accelerator Referral Agents Wanted: Realizing Your Opportunity Alternative Financing Solutions Presentation Presented by: Gary T Phillips, Director/Business Consultant Office: (828) 393-5114 Toll-Free: (800) 606-1523 Fax: (800) 891-0680 Email: Gary.Phillips@TheCashFlowSolution.com Website/Resource: www.thecashflowsolution.com Our Company s Mission Statement: To provide working capital for small to medium sized businesses without incurring debt in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Accounts Receivable Funding: The purchase of business-to-business or business-to-government accounts receivable (invoices) for goods that have been delivered, or services that have been rendered in the past, for a fee. (Also called Factoring. ) Accounts Receivable Funding is NOT a loan; no interest is incurred it is similar to a cash discount.
How it Works: There are Two Disbursements 1 - Advance our client receives up to 80% of the face value of invoice when invoice is purchased. 2 - Reserve our client receives the balance once the customer has paid for the invoice less a discount fee. Examples: Invoice $10,000.00 Advance 80% $8,000.00 Reserve 20% $2,000.00 Invoice is paid in 30 days (average 30-day fee just 2.5%): Fee deducted from Reserve: $250.00 Total Reserve Paid to Client: $1750.00 Total Amount Received by Client: $9750.00 Invoice is paid in 60 days (average 60-day fee just 5%): Fee deducted from Reserve: $500.00 Total Reserve Paid to Client: $1500.00 Total Amount Received by Client: $9500.00 Notes: Fees can vary from client to client depending on industry, risk, and creditworthiness of client s customers (debtors). Also, invoices can be as high as $100,000 or more each, and are sold in quantities, not just one, in order to reduce the Factor s risk. I offer a 5% referral fee on the discount fees collected on closed deals for the first 12 months! (Read to the end to learn more )

What Types of Businesses Can Benefit From Factoring? Generally, most companies that are non-bankable due to the lack of hard assets to use as collateral (like service-type industries), already have a bank line of credit, have questionable credit, or simply prefer the convenience of quick and easy account setup, and an unlimited supply of on-demand capital as needed. Companies should be small to medium-sized and have a quantity of Accounts Receivables to Factor for spreading risk, along with a quality list of accounts since qualifying depends on their creditworthiness. Services or sales must be business-to business or business-to-government only. Following are some examples: New startups they may have some great accounts, but no history for a bank loan, because a solid and profitable 2-years is required Non-bankable businesses, such as mentioned above Any service type business due to lack of hard assets Temporary help staffing companies Nurse staffing companies IT consulting companies Janitorial services Contract cleaners Catering companies to businesses Landscapers, especially seasonal Medical industry, including providers who accept insurance/assignment (groups or individuals), small hospitals (<400 beds), imaging, ambulatory surgery, rehabilitation centers, medical transport companies Apparel and textiles Printing and advertising Manufacturing companies Niche manufacturing Cable installers Technology companies Transportation companies, including LTL, courier and warehousing Importers and exporters Distributors Wholesalers And more
How the Referral Fees Work, and How Much You Can Earn By Simply Referring Qualified Businesses to Me: All you need to do is to keep an eye out during your day-to-day activities for businesses you deal with who might be experiencing cash flow issues, or who might complain about customers who always seem to take their time paying their invoices. (Statistically in North America, that runs close to 80% of businesses!) Then shoot over an email or give me a call with the name of the business, phone number and contact person. We ll take it from there and I ll keep you posted as to what transpires. (Naturally it would help if you also put in a good word for us.) Commissions and Referral Fees: As you recall, the average Factoring (or discount) fee is 2.5% for 30 day invoices and 5% for 60 day invoices. In the prior example, I used a $10,000 invoice to illustrate the numbers. I also mentioned that we buy them in bulk to spread risk (i.e., we d never just purchase a single invoice). Invoices are typically paid between 30 to 60 days. As such, I will pay 5% of the monthly Factoring fees earned for up to ONE YEAR! For illustration, if a company Factored out $100,000 worth of invoices initially, and $50,000 was paid in 30 days at 2.5%, your referral fee would be $62.50 ($50,000 X 2.5% factoring fee X 5% referral fee). Then in month two, it would be $125 ($50,000 X 5% factoring fee X 5% referral fee). So the total you made on the deal for the first month s worth of invoices was $187.50 ($62.50 in month one + $125 in month two). $187.50 for a quick email or phone call. But it doesn t stop there. Typically, a company will continue using our Factoring service for as long as needed: sometimes sporadically, sometimes for several months in a row. As such, I will continue to pay your referral fees each month, as earned for up to 12 months (depending on business needs). That s 5% of all Factoring fees collected during that time. This means that you could multiply the sample number above and potentially earn up to $2,250 spread out over the course of a year s worth of monthly Factoring! And it just took one, quick phone call or email. Of course some accounts could be more, some less, depending on the industry, size of the business and number of invoices factored each month. In summary: on average, just 1, typical business could equate to over $2,250 in your pocket - and there s no limit to how many businesses you may refer
