6 Global Services GLOBAL SERVICES INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING During the installation, integration and operation of a new test system, a variety of special services are involved. Given our decades of experience with high voltage test facilities and laboratories, we offer a wide range of onsite services designed to the specific needs of our customers with regard to the erection and commissioning of new equipment and systems. REPAIRS, SPARE PARTS AND RENTALS We offer long-term availability of original spare parts and extensive repair services to protect your investments. In case of a repair or a replacement we have a large number of rental measuring and control devices available which can be supplied to you during the time of the repair of the faulty equipment. CALIBRATION AND TESTING SERVICES The calibration laboratory at Haefely Test AG, Switzerland, for electrical parameters & HV measuring systems for impulse voltages, AC voltages & DC voltages, is an independent calibration laboratory accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS) according EN17025. It establishes the foundation for international acceptance of reports and certificates in accordance with different national and international standards e.g. IEC 60060-1 Ed. 3.0 (2010-09), IEC 60060-2 Ed. 3.0 (2010-11), IEC 61082-2 Ed. 2.0 (2013-xx) etc. Based on that, we are able to provide a wide range of calibration and testing services. For various electric parameters, such calibration services are performed at our local service points and onsite at our customers locations. MODERNIZATIONS AND UPGRADES The pace of technological progress is breathtaking. It is simply not possible to replace equipment, systems and installations with new acquisitions at the same speed.
