UC BERKELEY Biweekly Pay Planner Directions Use the attached Income/Expense list to aid in your review of your personal budget. Post your monthly expenses/bill payments (Example: PG&E, cable, rent/mortgage) to the attached calendar on the day they are due to your financial institutions, etc. Use the Biweekly Calculator Tool to estimate your biweekly paycheck and post that amount to the calendar on the biweekly paydays (every other Wednesday beginning on Sept 24). Review the calendar to determine if you need to make any changes to your automatic payments, deductions, and flat deductions for additional tax withholdings, 457b, or 403 BIWEEKLY PAY PLANNER WHAT CAN AFFECTED EMPLOYEES DO TO PREPARE?
